Nothing much unless: There are minimal effects from stopping Loestrin, except a change in course and timing of next period{s} and a return of the symptoms you had that made you begin them (cramps, heavy flow, etc.) . If you are menopausal now you may have symptoms of menopause. If you are not, you can be at risk of becoming pregnant. Your periods may be worse, though, which happens when getting older.
