Oxy powder: Oxy powder is a "natural" colon cleanser. It contains 3 ingredients --- magnesium oxide, citric acid, and Gum Acacia. Is it safe ? Yes. Is it safe for a pregnant woman? Not certifiably. Ingredients are safe. The concern is diarrhea and fluid depletion.
