Pregnancy dating?: If the last menstrual period is known (the first day of the LMP), and periods are regular, then one can just count the number of weeks or days starting from the LMP. Today is September 28, so August 8 was 51 days ago (meaning one is 51 days pregnant). Divide the days by 7, the get the weeks.
