Breast tenderness: It could be fibrocystic changes. Does it cycle with your menstrual periods? Any redness of the skin? Fever? Try a firm support bra, ice packs, and perhaps primrose oil over the counter. Ask your guardian/parent to take you to your physician for an examination to rule out more serious problems. He may order breast ultrasounds. Estrogen can increase breast tenderness. Could you be pregnant?
