I'm felling soreness on my penis, no pain while urination, no abnormal color, just pain near head of penis. had it before and went away, what is it?

Penile pain: Pain near the head (glans) of the penis can be due to something happening at the glans, or referred pain from elsewhere. Local irritation, infection (eg:sexually transmitted disease, urinary tract infection, balanitis), eczema, or referred pain from a pinched nerve can all cause soreness.Individual diagnosis needs history/physical though, & is outside the scope of this forum - best to see a doc.

Good question: Many possible answers. Herpes and overuse/skin breakdown come to mind. Sexually transmitted infection? No way to be sure over internet. See a doctor to be tested.

Various causes: Recurrent soreness in the tip of the penis with no pain on urination can result from several conditions, among them are: Injury to the tip of penis or urethra from trauma( often excess rubbing) Urethritis due to STD (usually will have a discharge and pain on voiding, but not always) Prostatitis (usually with urinary frequency and pain on voiding, but not always) See your physician
