Bile: You may have not eaten anything green, but your body makes a green liquid called bile to digest your food. Sometimes if you haven't completely digested it, your stool will appear green. This color is normal along with yellow and brown.

Various reasons: Green poop can be caused by various medications like iron, as well as be a reflection of what you eat/drink like sports drinks. Bile is greenish yellow and if you have a quick transit time through your gut, your stool can be green, sometimes very bright green. You say you haven't eaten anything green? Well you should be. Sounds like your diet may be lacking in green leafy vegetables!
