Rule out pregnancy: The first day of bleeding is considered day one of the menstrual cycle. In this safe period calculator, days 1 to 7 and day 21 to rest of the cycle is calculated as "Safe". According to this safe period calculator, attached here,, Sept 24th seems a bit close to the middle 10 days of fertility, so I will double check. Good luck!.
