See your doctor: You did not give information such as any changes in the skin of the breast, any trauma, fever, normal breast size or recent lactation, etc. However, it is imperative that you see your doctor fer an evaluation. It may be a number of causes such as an infection, an abscess, a breast cyst or worst an inflammatory breast cancer. It's difficult to say without an examination and possible diagnostic test
