Cough: Generally you can but look to make sure they dont have any of the same ingredients. Depending on the cough syrup and the antihistamine type, they could make you hyper or tired. You can check it on line as well to look for interactions

If the cough is due to allergies, manage with antihistamines alone, if due to bronchitis, may need medical attention for antibiotics and should not suppress cough if it is productive.
