Big question: How are you not taking care of yourself? Basics: eat three meals a day. Get 8-9 hours sleep. Don't smoke. Don't get drunk (don't abuse your body) . Be attentive to your schedule- whe tired, back off. Have fun every day. Laugh, drink plenty of water, meditate...Nothing is worth your health!
