Mittelschmerz: Don't know you, but mid cycle pain can be caused by ovulation and release of follicular contents. This can cause inflammation, fever, pain, nausea, vomiting. Sometimes it skips a cycle because it may only occur in one ovary-ovulation often switches sides each month.
