Some of these are not too serious, some are life-threatening, so if the pain is severe i advise you go to the emergency room for evaluation.

Confusing: I am having difficulty understanding your question. Exercising strenuously especially working your ab muscles can result in abdominal muscle strains. If you don't move around enough, you gain weight eventually and become obese.
