I have a cough and runny nose, what do i have???

Common cold: Most likely upper respiratory tract infections( common cold) and usually its a viral. Just use anti congestion medication over the counter and tylenol/Motrin as needed for fever or pain. Also follow up with your doctor.

Cold?: Most likely a cold. If symptoms persist more than a week and you have other symptoms such as fever follow up with your doctor

Cough and sneezing: May be upper respiratory infection commonly viral, or allergic rhinnitis. Hard to tell without evaluation and more history
