What's UR Blood Pres: Tunnel vision indicates that there's something happening to your central circulation to your brain (reduced), and you need to discuss this immediately with your OB/GYN and make sure you are taking your blood pressure when this occurs, especially if you're light headed. If standing causes this from sitting or lying down, it can be serious if you let it go too long. So, don't delay, and be safe now.
