Is fainting similar to a concussion? in the same family or threatening to the body no head trauma included here just dont know how fainting works.

No: A concussion is a head injury and there is damage to your brain. Physiologically and a concussion consists or multiple "mini" bruises in your brain. Fainting has multiple causes, but the common element is a transient loss of blood flow to the brain.
