Normal: It would be normal to have bleeding still on day #4. Bright red is a normal color and clots can be normal as well. What's different as well is that this isn't normal "for you". I would see how long bleeding lasts, as one different period doesn't mean that your periods are always going to be like this. If bleeding becomes overwhelming, consider talking to doctor about your pattern. Keep diary
