More like 9 in 10: I like to think of mildly elevated transaminases (ALT & AST) as analogous to a mild rash on your skin. It suggests an irritation to your liver. Drinking alcohol in moderation could do that, and so could taking a medication like Cymbalta (duloxetine). We worry when transaminases are very elevated, like 4 times the upper limit of the normal range. It probably needs to be monitored, but doesn't deserve worry.

Medical history: it's important to consider lab results with the patient's medical history in mind. The person's age, weight, use of prescribed and recreational drugs, current state of health, prior medical problems are all significant in interpreting the results, and the absolute numbers do not necessarily reflect the level of importance of the results.
