Normal: your menstrual cycles will vary with hormonal fluctuations, age, stress, tension, anxiety, illness or metabolic changes. The best way to check this is to keep a menstrual diary using symbols like S( start ) E (end) L ( light) H (heavy) C (clots) SP ( spotting) etc. You can use Advil or Aleve (naproxen) to stop cramping if not allergic. Relax and welcome to adulthood :)

Depends on history: Most people tend to have regular periods every month, occuring every 28-35 days with bleeding lasting for a fixed predictable duration. However, some people can have irregular periods that vary each month. You may elect to wait and see if you just missed your period (could be due to multiple reasons). If you have been having unprotected sex in the past, you may want to get a pregnancy test.

Many possibilities: Spotting is not uncommon. Bleeding 2 weeks before your period could be related to an early pregnancy. It might just be normal variation. Are you birth control pills? You might want to do a home pregnancy test.

Monitor closely: Your normal cycle has at least been temporarily disrupted. While this could be related to a pregnancy (easily checked with a home pregnancy test) it could also just be a random "hiccup". If you happen to be on the birth control pill this sort of thing is actually quite common.

May not be a problem: If this is the first time being early i would not worry. Follow your menstrual pattern for the next 3 months anf if the problem persists you need to go see your doctor.
