Perhaps: Not getting a period can mean (1) you are pregnant (2) you didn't ovulate (3) you ovulated later than you think or (4) you have a cyst (most will go away on their own. Whether you need to be concerned depends on your goals: trying to get pregnant, trying to avoid pregnancy.
