Good chances: It depends when you have sex during that period. In general this is the period 14 days before your next cycle(menses) . some females pre ovulate and in that case this period is early . So if you mate with your partner near or about the 14 days before you next period there are bright chances to get pregnant

Depends: Most normal fertile couples have a 20-25% chance for pregnancy each month. Those who suffer from infertility have a lower chance without treatment, about 3-5%.It is also will be lower in older women.
