GI discomfort: There are many reason that could be the cause for your symptoms. Bloating can be causes from simply eating the wrong foods and our GI tract doesn't care for them . We may have digestive problems The bloating, stabbing sensation could be tied into a pelvic problem that needs futher evaluation.
