Nope: No natural way to correct nearsightedness. Glasses, contact lenses, and refractive surgery like LASIK and PRK are options.

No: If you are near sighted (myopic), there is no natural way to become far sighted. There are some advantages to being near sighted especially when playing video games. To become far sighted you would need LASIK surgery but you would need to discuss with the surgeon exactly what your goal might be as I think you have the wrong idea about what 'farsighted' actually is.
