Pain: Not the kidneys. Pain is most likely from back and paraspinous muscle splinting or spasm. drink a lot of clear fluids, take antitussives, hot baths/showers, whirlpool.

Muscle: What you describe is most likely a muscle pull in your back that is aggravated by sneezing. Ask you doctor to be sure.
