What do you suggest if positive and negative effects of smoking sage.?

Don't smoke sage??: The essence of drug abuse/dependency is continuing to use a drug, for whatever purpose, where the negative aspects outweigh whatever good they may be doing. Most people who find that this happens STOP using the substance. Those who can't are the ones I end up treating, or end up with health issues up to an including death, for their substance use disorders. This is true of sage as it is for heroin
