UTI symptons: If you have pain persisted ;firstly you have to be hydrated and continue your medicine as instructed and need further check up to ascertain your medication is effective or not; and culture to be taken. Follow up visit is mandatory to rule out your differential diagnosis to ascertain it bladder infection present. Usually UTI will respond within days. Hope you soon resolve your illness.
