Isotretinoin: potential side effects may include: skin rashes or infections, nosebleeds, bone or joint pain / tenderness., dry eyes w burning, redness & itching, lip inflammation & peeling of skin. Avoiding sun exposure is needed. Less common: depression, headache, suicidal ideations / attempts, nausea/ vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, visual changes.
