Infection: Pregnancy is always a possibility, but with recent birth control it is less so. Unprotected sex with someone who has had unprotected sex with someone else is a risk for several venereal infections like herpes, venereal warts, chlamydia, etc. I would rethink your approach to intimacy because some of these last for a lifetime and can, in turn, be passed on.
