Sperm Count: Based solely on motility there is a very poor number of his sperm that are mobile. This does not mean you can't get pregnant, just that you may need some help. I would have your husband see a urologist first and see if there is anything they can do. After that you may want to consider insemination of concentrated samples of your husbands semen. Talk to your OB about that. Best Wishes.
