See your doctor: or a gynecologist, "cut" should have healed by now unless UR having sex so frequently that it doesn't have a chance to heal.

Abstain: for 7-10 days and reconsider the role of rough sex in this issue. I agree on getting a GYN evaluation. Certainly, in the future, find positions that do not cause trauma and spend more time on foreplay for adequate lubrication.
