What could produce reoccuring (since about 3 weeks) pains in the cheesk or chin, close to cheekbones on both sides, sometimes on chin only.

Several dx: Parotid gland inflammation or stone. Trigeminal nerve inflammation. Dental infection or inflammation. TMJ joint problems. The list can be somewhat extensive. Best to see ENT or oral-maxillofacial surgeon for evaluation. Hope this helps. Best of luck. Dr R
