Rest: Not sure what you mean by pain. Is it sharp/dull? How bad on a scale of 0-10. If you're not having discharge, burning when urinating, may be related to just the trauma of the act. In that case - probably rest and ice is best. If you're having fever, testicular pain, change in your sensation / difficulty urinating - go and see a doctor.
