Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone): People who are on the Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) shot can have irregular bleeding which can last the whole time they are on it. At any rate, Depo will not usually stop bleeding right after an injection. Your body needs time to adjust to the hormonal change.
