I have lederhosen disease what is the best treatment?

No clear winner: Ledderhose disease is sometimes referred to as Dupuytren's contracture of the foot. There are multiple treatments suggested, which usually means there is not 1 specific "fix" for the problem. There are newer treatments for Dupuytren's including Xiaflex (collagenase clostridium histolyticum). See your orthopedic specialist or podiatrist for eval of your case. http://rarediseases.info.nih.gov/gard/6873/ledderhose-disease/resources/

Ledderhose?: If you mean Ledderhose's disease then you could see a rheumatologist and discuss injections or they could refer you for radiation therapy.
