Urethritis: You may get an STD from unprotected oral sex, GC and Chlamydia although it is usually a transfer to the Oral Cavity. The tingling and burning is suggestive of Urethritis. You need a swab of your Penis for GC and Chlamydia . You need empiric treatment with Rocephn. You need your partner to have an oral swab done for GC and Chlamydia. Doxycycline for a week and check VDRL for both
