Pregnancy test: IF you are concerned that you are pregnant then take a pregnancy test. If you are concerned that you contracted a sexually transmitted disease then schedule a visit for testing. If you are bleeding at the wrong time then schedule a visit to discuss irregular menstrual cycles.

Midcycle bleed: Many women will have midcycle bleeding with ovulation. Another cause could be bleeding from the cervix. At mid cycle, the cervix becomes engorged and with intercourse the cervix gets hit. Therefore it can bleed.
