Avoid surgery: Despite the fact that fibroids are benign tumors, they are the number one reason why women undergo hysterectomy. This is completely unnecessary. If women knew more about fibroids and their treatment options (particularly uterine fibroid embolization ufe), they could completely avoid unnecessary surgery.
