What is considered a temperature in 4 month old..does vaccinations raises temperature??

Temperature: A rectal temp of 38 degrees centigrade or a temp of 100.4 F is considered a fever. Certain vaccines can cause elevated temperatures. The MMR is a prime example , although the temperature onset is delayed. The dptshot can also cause fever in some children
