That is probably ok: What you described probably represents a normal variation, which requires no Rx. Take a look if he has 2-3 rows of pearly penile papules on the corona of glans penis. If some are there, they're normal. So, have a urologist to take a look if you still feel uneasy and he agrees. Nonetheless, he is probably normal with no need to do anything, and leave him alone.
