Sometimes: Lymph nodes will show up on xray depending on what is causing it,s enlargement and if calcified. Also a specific are of an xray such as a chest xray may appear larger/fuller than it should be, indicating some inflammation in the area. Be patient and I,m sure you,ll get the answer you are looking for. Good luck
