Ask the prescriber: Ask the doctor who prescribed the SNRI to provide you w/ a list of recommended OTC medications as well as other important concerns like side effects - what to watch out for, w/drawal issues for when it's time to stop, ways to tell if it's working. Your specific SNRI may have or not have slightly different quirks. Best!
