See your doctor: If you are having persistent bloating (feeling full) and pain you should see your doctor for an evaluation and have a sonogram to evaluate your ovaries for any abnormality. Exclude pregnancy first.

Irregular bleeding: There are several reasons for this. First, take a pregnancy test. If negative, changed in hormones, stds, fibroids, and several others could be problems. There are multiple treatments for each of these. I recommend you talk to your regular doctor if this problem continues.
