No: While Gilbert's syndrome (http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/gilberts-syndrome/basics/definition/con-20024904) is a liver condition, it has to do w/processing of bilirubin from red blood cells, not necessarily chemicals such as Viagra (sildenafil) (http://www.drugs.com/viagra.html). I could not find any issue w/use of Viagra (sildenafil) in those w/Gilbert's tho Viagra (sildenafil) label does warn of liver concerns.
