Yes.: Although the bleeding may be from a hemorrhoid, if vaginal, it would most likely be cervical in nature. Definitely need to see your primary care physician for a pelvic exam and evaluation or your OB-Gyn specialist to find the source.

Yes: Uncertain if you had a total hysterectomy or a partial one in which your cervix is still present. In the former,the bleeding could be coming from the vagina and in the latter either the vagina or the cervix either of which should be evaluated by your doctor.
