Pelvic pain: certainly requires an internal exam to check for infection, cuts, tears or scrapes from intercourse. Prolonged foreplay will stimulate vaginal secretions and your partners seminal fluids- no downside there, since vaginal dryness can cause pain. Hint: try changing sexual positions until you find the one which is most comfortable-your partner will be inspired! :)
