Not likely: The pill should prevent you from becoming pregnant, but it is not perfect. Remember that condoms also protect against sexually transmitted diseases. Maybe use them together? The feeling of tingling does not indicate pregnancy. If your next period is 4-5 days late, you should consider home pregnancy testing. If that is positive, then you would want to confirm this with testing at a clinic.
