Anxiety: 2 days early is pretty normal if the period was otherwise normal and your anxiety may well be causing the vomiting as could a stomach bug. Do a pregnancy test to be sure and get in to get started on a reliable method of contraception so you don't go thru this again. Remember to use condoms too to decrease the risk of STDs. Take care.

Menstrual cramping: Based on your dates and timing, pregnancy is doubtful. improbable, but not impossible- this is a great time to get on birth control pills and have your partner use condoms. OK to use Advil or Aleve (naproxen) for cramping if you are not allergic to these products.

Nausea with MP: If your periods are regular, and sex was one week before onset of your period, unless there were other opportunities for pregnancy earlier in this cycle, pregnancy is unlikely. Nausea with one's period is not uncommon, but bot the first time to occur at age 23, it may be due to gastroenteritis. See your healthcare provider for advice is symptoms continue.
