Now...: Your question isn't clear as to what you "got off" in Sept 2013; however, if you are a woman who has started puberty (as I imagine you did 6 years ago if you are 18), then it is safe to assume that you are able to get pregnant now.Your profile says you are 18, you may want to consider if this is really the best time in your life to have a baby.
