Test needed: Vaginal discharge and irritation can be caused by several different microbes that each require a specific drug. If there are no free clinics in your area, call a couple offices and see if they will discount their services for you. Consider seeing a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant to reduce costs. I am not sure which med you need without a test.
