A member asked:

What causes increased thirst at night?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Thirst at night: The most common cause is blockage of your nasal passages (i.e., allergies) which force you to breath through your mouth, which is a really dehydrating experience. Other causes include uncontrolled diabetes where the high sugar levels draw fluid out of your system. Diuretics can do the same thing.
