Fluid and position: We use a fundal height to help us determine who has growth issues. As long as you're within 2cm of your weeks that's normal. Don't forget your baby moves, stretches, etc and that can change the fundal height. In addition the amniotic fluid level changes depending on how much the baby swallows and then puts back out in the form of urine. The measurements in your question are normal and fine.
